BodiKore does not accept exchanges, but we will how ever accept any returns of unopened product before 15 days for a full refund and after that up to 30 days for in store credit. It is our goal to ensure taht you have a great experience while on BodiKore products. Please notify customercare@bodikore.com and/or your BodiKore distributor if you would like to make a return.

How do I make a return?

ANSWER: To return an item, your items must be unopened and in the same condition received. Any item in it's original condition may be returned up to 15 days for full refund and up to 30 days for store credit. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How do I find my BodiKore distributor?

ANSWER: If you are referred by a distributor, please visit their direct link. If you were not referred by a distributor, you will have an opportunity to register and a distributor may be assigned to you.

How do I place an order?

ANSWER: You shop just like any online website!  Select the items you would like and place in your cart. Follow the “checkout” procedure prompts for a seamless experience.
