What if I want to make an exchange?

ANSWER: We do not accept or do exchanges.

BodiKore will how ever accept any returns before 15 days for a full refund and after that up to 30 days for in store credit. It is our goal to ensure taht you have a great experience while on BodiKore products. Please notify customercare@bodikore.com and/or your BodiKore distributor if you would like to make a return.

*SALE items are FINAL SALE. They will not be accepted for exchange or returns.

How do I make a return?

ANSWER: To return an item, your items must be unopened and in the same condition received. Any item in it's original condition may be returned up to 15 days for full refund and up to 30 days for store credit. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

BodiKore Distributor Returns

If within the first 30 days of the original purchase, you are not satisfied with the product, you may contact support@bodikore.com to return the unused portion of the product for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. 

Between 30 and 90 days, if you are not 100% satisfied with our products or are unable to sell them, you may return the items for a refund if the products are in resalable condition. (*Resalable condition means in sealed enclosed boxes with wrapper intact.) The refund shall be 70% percent of the original price for all returned product. Any shipping and handling charges incurred will not be refunded.

PROBLEMS WITH SHIPMENTS

If within 30 days of the expected reported delivery date, you do not notify support@bodikore.com of a problem with
the receipt of your order, including but not limited to, failure to receive the product, improper sealing, damaged to the
container, quality of the internal product, and/or receipt of wrong product, refunds or exchanges will not be given. 


Distributor Activation Fee / Coach Hosting Fee:

Distributor Activation / Coach Hosting Fees are non-refundable.

In the event that a shipment does not arrive at the address specified for the order or your order is incomplete, you must report to Customer Care that the product was not received. We ask that these reports are made within five (5) business days from the delivery date.
